PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after purchase. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location                   US Orders: 5-10 business days                                                                         International Orders: Estimated 7-21 business days (Varies by country and customer processing) 

SHIPPING RATES: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may be available on selected orders (details provided at checkout).

ORDER TRACKING: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Amari Djaun is not responsible for delays due to customs processing. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Amari Djaun is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

ADDRESS ERRORS: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or undeliverable. Amari Djaun is not responsible for reshipping fees due to address errors.
